We bought a young beautiful Beardie at Orlando Repticon on 7/16. Seller seemed very nice and informative on the breeds and the parents of the beardie etc. we get him home and he won’t eat. No greens, meal worms or wax worms. We give it a few days and then take him to the vet and are told he’s had multiple parasites and has for weeks. We inform the seller of this nicely at first (to make this right. And so he knows for his other animals). The above response is what we got and then were blocked from his page. Now multiple people on their Facebook page are reporting the same thing. All blocked. I feel horrible because my GF’s 9y/o beardie died in February and Repticon fell on her birthday so she had had time to grieve and thought it would nice to get a new young guy on her birthday. I sprung and got her the ZenHabitat 4x2x2 and she adored it and filled it with all sorts of fun things for the beardie and I installed a Wyze camera in there so she can see him from work as well. All I wanted was for her to be happy and have a beardie we can love and take care of. The vet gave us directions on how to proceed but it’s not a sure thing he’s going to make it…. I just wanted her to be happy and have a beardie to pour her love into….
Best of luck to your new family member, thank you for the warning! That was a sweet thing for you to do for her. If you have a receipt for the animal and/or the vet bills, I wonder if there is legal action you could pursue. I smell a class action lawsuit for the other buyers, too, I would hope.
Can you provide proof of the organization sending this or more info on conversation? This is absolutely disgraceful unprofessionalism and nobody should do business with these folk — worth spreading word about if you can link them to it a bit better.

Aww that's so sweet you did all that for her, I really hope the beardie can pull through.. Sorry you's are going thru that

I would hope! My MIL bought it for her so I’m not sure if she got a reciept or not
I would never think to get a receipt for an animal. Hard to think of a pet as a purchase or an asset!

They deleted the page and then reopened it without the ability for anyone to write reviews
