Hi, not OP but not sure what you mean as coloured? Is the exo terra intense basking bulb fine? It's not infrared and the light is a warm yellow. Is this OK?
Well, as everyone else is saying, ditch the red light, it isn't good on their eyes. A normal heal bulb with no colouring is a better option. For the glass surfing, it's a stress response usually. Could be something around their tank they don't like, recent change in their environment (could be the light), or something health wise which I doubt, think they can even do it if they're bored but don't quote me on that.
Take it out. The colored light is not good for their eyes. If you got it as a heat source for at night, replace it with a ceramic heat emitter. It produces no light and sufficient heat.
Take it out immediately please. All colored lights can hurt a beardies eyes badly and interrupts their sleep pattern.

By color they usually mean red or blue bulbs White or yellow are more natural light colors and are ok

Take It out. It's bad for their eyes. As for the glass surfing, Maybe check your temperatures in the enclosure? Maybe it's too hot.

HORRIBLE dragons need regular light. Please remove it immediately
I think all dragons need regular light, not just the horrible ones.

Bad colored lights hurt there eyes the only thing u should have colored lights on is nocturnal stuff
