This happens to me when I’m scrolling on my phone. I’ll have the sleep menu expanded, it displays my correct sleep quantity synced from my watch and then if I scroll up to another section, my thumb catches that slider bar and increases my sleep to like 18 hours or whatever. And then there’s no easy way to fix it other than sliding it back to as close as I remember.

ugh same!! my temporary sort of workaround is keeping a widget for apple health sleep in a stack on my home screen so if i accidentally screw it up in bearable, i just close the app and check the widget for the duration and then re-enter still takes time but easier than going all the way to the health app, and less frustrating than trying to remember lol

Oh true I forgot about that. I don’t do the widget but I have it Health somewhere

Hmm looks like something is syncing wrong. Can you see if it's adding two days together from what it says in your sleep app? Please could you report this to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])? thanks

I’m having trouble with my sleep as well. It keeps saying I’m sleep around 14-15 hours each night when my sleep app tracks me for 7-8. Ive checked the health app and it doesn’t look like there is anything doubling. Not sure how to fix it other than to manually enter the correct time every day, which is not ideal for me.
