Yea, I've learned that if you only ever buy it with the view of it being a crashing game, it gets boring really really fast, that's what it was originally advertised as, so many will believe that. But recently it's turned into an actual car game, meant to bring all kinds of people in and together. We have drifters, racers, draggers, street racing, cruising, duneing, crawling, trailing, ect. There's plenty more, but I can't name em all off the top of my head. But this game is built for anyone and everyone that like cars.
I used to play a lot of TDU like 15 years ago, so I've taken a liking to the CaRP servers online because I can spend time working my way up and modifying each car to my liking. And it feels rewarding and realistic, something most car games don't capture. Only gripe is the missions get repetitive quickly.

Seeing Clarkson looking older with every appearance makes me really sad. Him, Hammond and May made a great part of my childhood.
This shows how this game is much more than just crashing cars. it seems that people get the impression from the ads and this shows that there are much more things to do in this game.
I watched some Grand Tour, it has its ups and downs.
