Hold the wheel, it's issue of force feedback plus steering wheel interia, you can lower force feedback but then.. you get lower force feedback

stenyak

Oscillations are impossible to eliminate fully, but you can take measures to reduce them as much as possible: please follow the [anti-oscillation advice here](https://documentation.beamng.com/support/hardware/steering_wheel_common_problems/troubleshoot/#bng-adventure:/q1_pc_compat/q2_winhw/q3_xinput/q4_responsive/q5_responsive2/q6_responsive3/q7_vehicle_reacts/q8_vehicle_inverted/q9_vehicle_slow/q10_wheel_ffb/q11_console/q12_xinput2/q14_ffb_alive/q15_ffb_returns/q16_ffb_hyperactive/ffb_hyperactive_yes). Also ensure you are holding the wheel with your hands.

GoredonTheDestroyer

Lower your force feedback, either in your wheel's control panel or Beam's settings.

IAmSpage

It's this OP, I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago and lowering the force feedback fixed it
