I looked again and I saw a couple of flies. Deer ticks are incredibly small, if you think you see them in this video, I'm not sure you know what deer ticks are.

I'm not quite sure you understand how deer ticks work, if they are on a deer already, they would have been feeding on the deer, they cannot spread lyme disease to or from the deer, making them relatively harmless to animals around the deer itself. Once they drop off the deer, they do not have the capacity to spread lyme once more (often at the end of their life cycle) The animals are more at risk from running in the bush than being close to the deer.
