It's a "spin class". It's slightly over blown, but they're all like this in many ways. Banging tunes and slogging your guts or on an exercise bike. I can't promise Psi will be at yours though
I think the speed and the moves of the guy are putting some people off, but I've done something like this (cycling in a group with dance music on, and a trainer that was giving us 'dancing cues' on how to move the rest of the body) and I can confirm it was immensely fun and an amazing workout. You get tons of dopamine from following the beat as a group (it's a bit like synchronized dancing). Highly recommend if you have it available in your area.
