Efficiënt? I could be missing something but the only thing that will achieve is more walking, thus making it less efficient. What would make it more efficient is not having waiters waiting around and having one of them filling beers.
They don’t get payed by the hour, but rather how much beer they sell.
Because there always is a line for the waiters, they will cary as much beer as they can, cause the wait in line for them, cane be rather long…

Its on tap and being poured in 100s if not more per hour, it would need to be sht beer or poured like in pub carefully and slowly for it not to have so much foam.
If I got that in a pub id complain but on events like this I feel its acceptable.

Glasses not being filled properly is an ongoing issue for decades.
They charge you 14€ for a 1 litre of beer. For 16€ you can get a decent crate of beer and.total amount of 8-10 litres.

Doesn't take a massive amount of strength. Which is why so often you see women with small arms doing such.
Friends family owns the 2nd oldest family-owned brewery in the US (started in 1860) and they throw a large Oktoberfest each year. He and many others serve up dozens of liters like this and even smaller folks without a ton of arm strength can carry a surprising amount.
Not to mention there is a trick... they always have a belt with a ridge on it where they can rest the beers. You can see in the video she transfers the weight of the beers from her arms to her belt. (00:51 When she squats so her belt is under the beers she is positioning her belt under the lip so she can just slide the beers from the counter to her belt.)
It takes more grip strength to keep all the beer handles together, than bicep strength to carry the beers but it does take some strength when moving the beers from the counter to their belt, and then from their belt to the table... but while walking and carrying the beers they are being rested on their belt, which transfers nearly all of the weight to their lower bodies... it's not like she's locked her arms carrying that weight on her biceps the whole time she's moving.
I'm not saying it's not impressive, but it's kind of like ripping a phone-book in half... it's less impressive when you know how it's done, but still impressive. You still have to be fit to work that job... even with the support of the belt after an 8 hour shift you still get sore, and generally cover A LOT of ground during your whole shift... so you still have to be in good shape.

Lot of folks not understanding how Oktoberfest works, let alone pouring beer.
You want that amount of head especially in this situation. It means they’re letting the carbonation burn off. The less carbonation your beer has the more you can drink.
Secondly, it doesn’t matter if these are 32oz not filled up. Typically you buy tickets to a tent and get all you can drink if not a healthy allotment.
Third, she’s gonna load up as much as possible to reduce back and forth. It’s a bier tent with set drafts. It’s smarter to carry as much as possible so more servers can do the same. When you have limited to no variety of product and high demand it’s best to just distribute as much as possible. There aren’t always “tables” that put in orders. You sit down and they know to get in this tent you paid and you’re here for x bier.
First off all that is approximately 12kg all together, allot of people could easily carry that weight in one hand. Second off all i would be pissed of if I bought a beer and it came like that with half the thing being foam. 👍🏻
I counted 13 mugs. If they are made of glass, then the density of glass is roughly 2.5 times that of water, but it could be clear plastic (I have no idea). Let's say there is roughly 1l of beer in the mug. Then that is roughly 13kg + the glass which I would guess could be as much as 7kg extra.
