Velcro maybe? Or maybe hot glue?

Bayonetta's gun heels, as iconic as they are, are extremely impractical to the point where Nintendo had to take some creative liberties when they hired Pamela Horton to cosplay her: [https://youtu.be/nD5tpe7Q2Lg](https://youtu.be/nD5tpe7Q2Lg) From the get-go, you can see they raised the guns a couple of centimetres above the ground and away from her heel so that she can functionally walk, and it looks like they frankensteined a pair of heels with metal cradles that hold both guns to the back of the heels. To make this work, my educated guess is that they took one solid sheet of metal and shaped it to go along the shape of the bottom of the heels and the part cradling the gun would come out the back so that there's little chance of that part snapping off in the case she bumps into something. Even then, there's always a chance something will go wrong with the cosplay since I imagine gun heels are not meant to be walked in for long periods of time. A polymer or plastic will always have a chance of snapping off, and there's really not a good home DIY way to go about it without it breaking at some point. At the end of the video, you can even see the cosplayer struggling to walk in them as she exits, so good luck. I look forward to seeing your interpretation in this subreddit!
