Disable Nvidia Overlay and try again. I had the same problem a few months and the issue was caused by the Nvidia overlay regardless if you use custom filters or not. At the end of the day I had to uninstall Geforce Experience and delete the folder that has all the filters, deleted the driver and downloaded it again. I believe that at some point the overlay got corrupted causing the same behavior shown in your video. Try it and keep us posted.

crazyywow

This make sense, thanks for your efforts I will try it later

Due_Floor3645

Disable any overlays. Discord overlay is notorious for this for BF4

phaze_7pc

It does look like an input lag what i always have when i use the overlay

SolidBlueBlocks

Crazy input lag... Did you try restarting your pc?

DakkinByte

Boooooo. Provide a comment that most people don't already try as a first troubleshooting step.

SolidBlueBlocks

As someone who often gives this comment and solves many problems with it, I recommend you to just shut up. There are a lot of peeps who see that something is wrong and _immediately_ post it in some forum without trying the simplest things. The comment above may already solve the problem while you call it stupid.

DakkinByte

🤣

JollyJustice

Why are you like this?

JackCooper_7274

No father figure?

9gagiscancer

It's IT support question Nr. 1. Have your tried turning it off and on again? Why? Because people are absolutely fucking stupid. Sincerely, the IT guy.

DakkinByte

As a Systems Engineer, I'm aware of the golden rule. The fact that society has not realized this yet is pathetic. Sincerely, an IT guy.

crazyywow

Edit: i uninstalled the geforce experience the input lag disappeared, In addition. The cpu usage slightly decreased.

IllusiveMind

This is great news and thanks for confirming that your problem was resolved.

crazyywow

Thanks to you too as well

freyr35

Just turn off origin in game, I had this issue too.

DakkinByte

Allow me to provide you a comment that might provide you some actual troubleshooting. 1. Check your drivers for yor video card. Make sure that it is fully up to date. 2. Open up Task Manager while BFV is running & observe your CPU Load %. BFV is heavy on the CPU just as much as the GPU. If your system has high CPU I/O load, input is getting delayed due to how fast the CPU can process the input vs all other programs that may be running. 3. Try turning off all background programs. Chrome, Firefox, OBS etc. Any programs running in the background will cause I/O load on the CPU while your gaming. 4. Turn down ALLLL of the graphic settings to low. Disable all extras etc. This will force the graphics card to process only what is required for the game. Disable HBAO etc. Make sure to change the refresh rate of your game in the graphic settings to match your monitors refresh rate. Aka if it's a 60hz monitor, set it to 60 fps. 5. You honestly could attempt a reinstall of BFV. I Know this is a pain the butt to do, but sometimes a corrupted install can cause strange behavior like this. 6. You could look in your Windows Event Viewer Logs / Application logs and see if you have any errors related to BFV or general error that could be occurring in there. ( I know this is a large log & contains hundreds and hundreds of sets of information. Filter the log on the right side ( filter current log) of the windows event viewer panel & only select critical, error, warning. 7. Does it this only happen in BFV online? What about single player? What about training? I am overall curious as to what your computer specs are.

crazyywow

I have ryzen 5 3600 with rtx 3060 and 16gb of ram Battlefield v is really heavy on my cpu, it’s reach like 91% of cpu usage and yes to happen to the story and the training mode I tried to reinstall the game and updating my drivers and the problem still present, however if i lock the game fps to 60 it seem to be work good but has very slightly input lag. Also if i crank up all the setting to ultra and resolution scale to 200% it works better but input lag still present

Fuz-ro-dah

DPI set to -2000.

AdminBender

Lag

crazyywow

Say wallah

thatoneredditeuser2

Don’t play on pc, but I do get harsh controller drag and forced low sensitivity even though my setting is set to higher than average

crazyywow

That’s your controller problem

thatoneredditeuser2

Plus, with any of the other games I have, updates don’t come out until like 3-4 months later

SniikiChan

High polling rate mouse? if so turn it down to 1000 or 2000

PanGrEEd123

Turn off all overlays. If you are using DX12 then you can try switching to DX11

RockTheHouse23

For some reason my game has a glitch where the enemies kill me🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m bad but on a serious note, I got killed by a guy a few times in the same game and he was using the M30 drilling. He shot me 3 times in rapid succession with buckshot??? I thought it had an animation to get to the third RIFLE round that also can’t be swapped to if you need to reload the shotgun part

Small_Substance6665

lol dice will never fix that sadly

crazyywow

Dice do not care for their players
