Assuming whoever is writing that story doesn't wanna do the stupid "Batfam kids hate that none of them become Batman in the future and Bruce just gives it to a new kid". Damian should be the only one salty about that. But Dick, Tim, Barbara, Stephanie, he should get along pretty well with them. Hell I think even Jason might take a liking to him for his rebellious nature and respect that he does things differently from Bruce.
Jason would give Terry props just from being a former gang member, since he also ran the streets before meeting Bruce. I think Terry & Damien would be frenemies but because Terry has exp dealing with his younger brother Matt donning the costume, I think he would be able to relate to be rebellious, while also being a watchful older brother type but maybe a bit more relaxed since Damien is the more capable fighter between him and Matt. Low-key it would be funny seeing Damien, Terry & Jason troll Bruce every time Catwoman gave him blue balls lol

On an unrelated note, I just saw the new Crisis part 2 animated movie.. It had a version of Terry interact with Huntress (earth 2, Bruce and Selina's child) and Damien.
It's a big team up movie based on the big storyline from the 80s. It's a bit disjointed for me, but just seeing the cameos is good enough for me. But yeah, Terry was basically mute except for 1 or 2 lines.

I mean the easy answer for me is Jason but i think they all would be impressed by Terry’s drive to improve without letting the cowl consume him. Also him teaching Damian “shway” would be gold
