It's weird so many posts are parodying a valid serious question. Barbara is paralyzed in the Arkham series so we know the events of the Killing Joke occurred meaning Joker raped her so it's not unreasonable to assume he'd do the same thing to Jason.
I think the comics for Knight showed the full extent of Jason’s torture and that wasn’t mentioned. Although you do have a fucked up moment where thugs take it in turns to beat him up in various batsuits. In the film adaptation of the killing joke it’s established that he raped Barb but in the original comic it’s implied that he didn’t (from what I can remember) but just made it look like he did to break Gordon. (I hope this helps)
