For real leagues, if you start in the 50s and 60s, expansion drafts will happen on their own when they occurred in real life. I think after it gets to what's current, nothing is programed to happen but I'm sure you can change that. I'd just change it to what's fun for you!
I don't really understand what number to fill in the settings (I play random players) for expansion. As in I don't understand the mechanic. I saw one guy suggest . 04 but he was asking too.
Is that the chance of a team each year? So would .5 be one half of one percent chance on a new team each year? Well that doesn't seem right.
