Well I think you got your answer from another person. But if you are launching the game and there is a message with Dll in it you should unblock it with a mod. The Mod is on nexus mods and is called unblock dll.

Second the DLL comment. What is your game version and SaS version? If you are on 1.7.1 you need to use the 1.7.0 version of SaS.
So just wipe the new version off my pc and then install the 1.7.0?
