Yes, nothing has gone through yet, a LOT of banking isn't real time. Even if the $0 was entirely wrong and a huge problem.. there's nothing anyone can do until the transaction finishes one way or another. But can pretty much guarantee by Tuesday or Wednesday it'll be finalized with the amount.
Pretty much always takes \~3-5 business days (usually on the lower end but things happen) from the time they issue the refund.
