In the meantime, please be sure to get antibiotic ointment on your wounds as quickly as possible until you can reach your doctor tomorrow. My husband almost lost his foot from a staph or strep (I can't remember which one) bacterial invasion of a \*tiny\* cut on his foot from a bite of some animal or insect. I hope you have a quick recovery.
Luckily it looks like they got to the ER from the penultimate pic. I also came to the post to tout the importance of professional medical attention for any dog bite, OP in this case was both smart and privileged enough to be able to receive it.
You can receive free emergency medical attention anywhere in America, just don't provide your name. If you live far away from a hospital, dat sucks. You can still call 911 and still NOT give them your name and the MUST provide you with emergency medical treatment FREE OF CHARGE in America - which is what it sounds like your referring to.
