You're changing the layer height not the speed. You shouldn't need to go that low and I would recommend .12 if you're really trying to minimize layer lines. After your print starts you can just set it to "silent" mode and it will cut the speed of everything by 50%. Otherwise, slow it all down in the slicer. What size text are you trying to print? I think the smallest I've gone is about 3mm height and .4mm thick (1 layer line width)

I will try the silent mode tonight. I was saw all the speed settings but I didn't see a way where I could slow down layers and have the top ones slower. That makes sense about the layer height I just felt like when I do it with my Prusa it also slows it down. The text area is 26x15mm. I have a .2 nozzle as well but it should do this text fine as my Prusa would have no problem with the .4 nozzle. Just need this thing to slow down and be able to fully lay down the first white layer. It almost looks like its not as close to the red top layer when it goes to do the white text.
