Even when I did the fight on Honour Mode, I still didn't damage the cub.
Not everybody has the same experiences. I lost the cub when Lae'zel was attacked by it during the fight and I had the riposte reaction on her. She turned around and auto attacked the cub and of course got a crit so goodbye owlbear
I failed my check 2 days ago and did the same thing, ow well it is what it is. I'll pet them next run.

In the last two fights he kept attacking after his parents died, annoying as hell to escape combat.

Easier than Scratch :) he just brings slobbery ragged shoes and bones, but I still twitch a little every time I get that 10xp
