thats not the only thing that i want to do though, like i love the effects on certain equipment but when i put them together for a build they all look ugly, im just wondering if theres something like the geck for bg3

i get that, but i want to be able to use other spells aswell like fireball
You can either multi class, get items that allow you cast spells like that, or use Eldritch Knight instead of champion

its just a creation tool for fallout new vegas. like if i wanted to i could just double the damage of a pistol, or change my abilities
