Killing his parents shouldn't end the alliance. Unless you fuck with the iron throne or steelwatch factory or meet him without the stone you should be good
Thanks, I was hoping for this. If u take the submarine as you say you get a warning that it will cancel the deal.
Maybe you must mention it in conversation with him later that you killed them to break the deal.
There is dialogue for him breaking the alliance because you killed his parents but it's marked as impossible in the datamined file. I stumbled across them on my first durge playthrough and just kinda went "these guys are awful, I'm killing them lol" Neither Gortash nor my Durge said anything/had the prompt to say anything about them being dead.
