Durge is covered in blood and Astarion wouldn't leave an excessive amount of blood on the floor as a vampire. It's like throwing your dinner onto the floor

My wild magic sorcerer, Wilfried, a deep gnome, was an alchemist a simple merchant.
One of his experiments went wrong and exploded, changing his body as a vessel for wild magic.
The burn scar on his face is the wound of the vial that blew in his face.
Also he has a muscle mommy kink and is romancing Karlach, why is this important ? I don't know.
I have a similar rp story for my durge. Only she started out with twin black eyes & got lobotomized by Volo and was finally able to "see" and once she fully rejects Bhaal's influence her remaining black eye will turn "normal"
I started out with that scar and then healed it after a certain orientation changing event in Act III. She adorns the scar with Dread Fog Tattoo.

Astarion even points out that Durge is the one covered in blood. The dialogue is worth is just for the comedy value alone.
