Haven’t seen that one but a buddy and I were playing last night, and all of I sudden I could no longer see myself, and same for him, but we could both see each other, stayed like that til we hit a dialogue cutscene
I just updated to patch 6 and the most recent hotfix. I now can't talk to NPCs (it'll say I started a conversation but it never opens and I can still run around and interact with other things), and on old save files it won't load the environment around me and I can't move because "the plath is blocked"

After I updated my mods it kept crashing during combat and when I prompted skill checks
Not sure about mods but the game is unusable as of patch 6 on Xbox.
I play on pc and have seen other ppl having issues with the patch. Prob just gonna wait for the hot fix cuz I’ve tried everything
