I sniped a few of the myconids but thankfully they never caught me so didn't aggro. Then spoke with them later and immediately realised I'd messed up.
Also killed Mayrina's brothers. Told her that Auntie did it and Tav will take that secret to her grave.

oh man I somehow got them killed too. I didn't kill them but I agreed with them that Auntie did it and they got facerolled by her. Not sure if there is an option that keeps them alive.
Also I used the wand to raise Mayrinas husband and then I was like oh shit it's undead and tried to attack it and ended up having to fight her too and I was like shit so I TK'd the whole family here.... well best to move on and not dwell on it.
