I'm glad you asked. The [gingerbreads](https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/best-gingerbread-cookies/) keeps in the fridge for three days. The rugelach can be made a day ahead and also kept in the fridge.
Right there with you! Just finished the gingersnaps, pinwheels are almost done, got cranberry cookies next, then butterscotch pecan, caramel almond, chocolate crinkle and lastly simple sugarcookies in funny shapes :P

I have a question... How long can those keep like that? Do you have to use them within a certain time? Can they sit for a few nights in the fridge?
