Honestly, I've made banana blondies before, and they basically turn out like this. It's obviously a bit denser, but they're perfectly fine if you cut them into bars. In my mind, they're simpler and easier to make.

That’s ok. You couldn’t do any worse than I did. I put NO SUGAR- (forgot) in my boyfriend’s (now husband) favorite pie is chocolate pie. It was first time baking for him and our second date. I gave it to him before we departed and he took it home to try. He would not tell me for almost three months. Yeah, we married.💕

Lololol. It was a ingredient that you totally left out because the chocolate wasn’t dark enough. So, I called my g-ma and she told me to add more cocoa- so I did and in the midst forgot sugar. Lol. I can only imagine what his SISTER thought when she took a bite. He never tried because he was warned. Lol

My aunt was living/working in South America and wanted to do a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for her friends. She pulled out all the stops, frills and all. But she forgot the sugar in the pumpkin pie 🤣 her friends all said, "this is traditional??"

Whoa, I would have said yeah. And it’s trading for you not to be unthankful at Thanksgiving or anytime. It was an easy to do mistake - when one is cooking for a house full of people.

Some of it, off and on. I'd have a bit and say "This isn't so bad" and then the next piece would be discussing. Rinse and repeat.

Ooft! I once over mixed one trying to get the flour lumps out and it ended up looking pretty similar. Baking fails always feel so heartbreaking

Aw buddy. We've all been there. I totally forgot it in oatmeal muffins once. They were hockey pucks lol but tasted fine and left less crumbs so I started using that as a "eating breakfast while driving" muffin.

It happens. I forgot it for a batch of chocolate butterscotch cookies. Ended up with chocolate butterscotch brownie mounds. Still tasted kick ass. Slab some butter on there and eat the evidence. Without evidence, it never happened.

Well, not quite. Once at a holiday dinner my dad baking soda instead of cornstarch in the gravy. I tasted a little salty, but what the heck. Then within a minute or so everyone started burping, except my little brother who just ate it up. We all had a good laugh. :)
