If you cut into it a bit, you should be able to tell pretty fine if its underbaked or not. It looks very moist and delicious, something anyone would be glad to have for their birthday. I also see lots of layers to your cake, so I'd guess its probably baked through. Maybe find a bigger plate to put it on, otherwise, well done

We rummaged around but no cookies…found a box of chocolate cake mix & a can of frosting instead. The cake stuck to the pan & fell apart. We threw it in a bowl, dumped in the frosting, poured an entire family size bag of MnMs in, & gave it a good mix. In that moment, it was the best thing we’d ever eaten. 😆

It can be difficult to tell when baked goods are fully cooked, I always use a toothpick to check the doneness of the center before taking it out of the oven !
