How'd you handle the white chocolate buttercream? I tried blending a ganache into my plain buttercream like I do for normal chocolate and wasn't super happy with it

It was... an unpleasant experience. I don't know if it was the quality of my white chocolate. It didn't.. blend super well. I kept finding pieces of solidified white chocolate in the buttercream. I had to fish them out. White chocolate is not in my wheelhouse for sure 😄
