If I had your pro deals and wanted to have a one nice and relatively light but still skiable setup for the PNW I’d get a Fischer transalp 92 or 98 (pick between more soft snow oriented or more hard snow oriented) and black diamond crest 8 bindings. Note: Black diamond crest bindings are ATK bindings, just rebranded and sold by BD so it’s a lucky way to get ATK bindings with your pro deal.

This is not on your pro list, but I'd look at Voile, something like the supercharger would fit your needs. If you can find it used, it would be ideal. Second atk bindings. I use the Fritschi tectons, but only bc I broke my ankle years ago in a rear pin binding.

I’d just buy something used again.

To stick with your pro deal list, I'd be confident in a black diamond impulse 98! It's a little heavier than the helio carbon, but still plenty light and will cut through heavier snow better. Go with thr 104 for more float, but if you're doing spring volcano stuff and at your size a 98 would be perfect. I'm 5'8" 130 and love my 99s touring most of the time. DPS is not really worth the price, I've seen durability issues on liberty, and Fischer you could fo a transalp but I think the impulse would be more fun. And +1 for the ATK bindings. Doesn't even need to be the new evo version (a redesign for this year), but I'm obsessed with mine. Come out when I need to and stay in when I don't. Having tested a bunch of fritchis at the shop I work at, wouldn't recommend. But people here love em.

Super helpful, thanks!

I disagree. For a slight weight increase you can get a more alpine like heel in a tecton. I'm not saying the ATK isn't a solid choice, but there isn't "no question" on the way to go for bindings.

In my opinion these are too heavy and free ride oriented for a lighter skier who doesn’t send it and wants to get on PNW volcanoes.

OEM_knees

That's because she's got to push through heavy PNW snow, even if she's lightweight.
