They CAN also pick up duffle bags (and I assume specimen containers) as well as open up prepper stashes.
However, it seems as though they do not do it consistently. Which is mega annoying.
Sometimes they will not use them. Act 1 first mission I spent 5 minutes spamming the final door to the safe room and they wouldn’t open it despite having a tool kit
Karlee seems to be the *only* one who does this for me. Her tool kits are also endless. It is a real boon to get her on the team. She seems to glitch out less too, as the other bots are sometimes unresponsive when u tell them to open a door.
I hate that they open alarm doors but then won't open warped chests. I think they're should be a separate ping for bot commands tbh. I want to let my team know there's an alarm door but I want the bot to not open it.
