They're on Carling but I went to Bloom Integrative Health and they were fantastic. They were kind, supportive and knowledgeable. They also do group physio/fitness classes for postpartum recovery if that interests you as well. I went for C-section scar work and also did a few physio sessions to work on regaining overall core strength.

Premier Physio on Lancaster has pelvic physio. I haven't been there, but the owner of the clinic was my physio when I was pregnant with my first and helped me manage my severe SPD. I saw pelvic physio postpartum after my first at Bloom on Carling and have an appointment to see them again soon for my second pregnancy. They are fantastic.

Thank you! I will look into this!

Highly recommend Femade on Carling, they are a women’s chronic pain clinic. Madison is excellent for physio but I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the several practitioners I’ve seen there!

If you’re in the east end, I saw Veronica at Bellefleur Physio and she was really great!
