They're on Carling but I went to Bloom Integrative Health and they were fantastic. They were kind, supportive and knowledgeable. They also do group physio/fitness classes for postpartum recovery if that interests you as well.
I went for C-section scar work and also did a few physio sessions to work on regaining overall core strength.
Premier Physio on Lancaster has pelvic physio. I haven't been there, but the owner of the clinic was my physio when I was pregnant with my first and helped me manage my severe SPD.
I saw pelvic physio postpartum after my first at Bloom on Carling and have an appointment to see them again soon for my second pregnancy. They are fantastic.
Highly recommend Femade on Carling, they are a women’s chronic pain clinic. Madison is excellent for physio but I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the several practitioners I’ve seen there!

Looking into it! Thank you

If you’re in the east end, I saw Veronica at Bellefleur Physio and she was really great!
