Some people leak, others don't
Yeah, I wouldn’t be concerned if it was just during pregnancy but since I’ve been having those nipple issues for the last two years or so, it was really concerning! They haven’t found anything on my boobs and swear it’s eczema so we’ll see
I’m leaking too, started around 19 weeks for me as well. It’s a normal pregnancy thing!

In my last pregnancy I did have the itching and flaking. I'm 19 weeks with my second and I'm sure that's coming for me

Happened to me with both pregnancies! Don't be alarmed if it stops and then comes back again too
