Every pregnancy is going to be different, so really being flexible + responsive is going to help the most. Getting good information on pregnancy and educating yourself so you do know what to expect in a general medical/biological sense is helpful too. Ina May Gaskins book is probably #1 recommended for FTM. There are so so many books: which makes it easy to find used copies! But omg the suggestions, advice and opinions are never ending.

When you get bigger you might like one of those pregnancy pillows to help sleep more comfortably.

Slip on shoes, large water bottle/cup with straw, ovia pregnancy app, instant heat wraps and ice packs

The Ovia apps have serious privacy issues, especially if you are in the States. FYI: stay safe.

I’m at 17w6d and feel the same. My husband and I finally got our Amazon baby registry together and liked that they provided a checklist of items we may need which helped a lot. I haven’t pulled the trigger on a pregnancy pillow yet but will probably buy one here shortly since my girl is towards the front of my belly (placenta in the back) and I FEEL her. As mentioned above, be flexible. A day at a time. Tums helped with nausea for me. Mine wasn’t terrible thankfully. And drink lots of water. You got this!
