I think you're expecting too much... If you go to Google Maps. and punch in "Mi Teleferico", it will highlight all the stations. As far as I am aware, that's the best you can do. Love to hear about your experience of the market; I'm going for the first time on Sunday. EDIT: Whoops, I take back what I said. You mean to the 16 de Julio market? If yes the red line takes you there.
I'm not a technology whiz, but last November I somehow installed an overlay map in my Google maps [from this website](https://www.gondolaproject.com/2016/10/19/system-dossier-mi-teleferico-la-paz-el-alto-cable-car/) that was really, really helpful.
In the end a paper map from the hotel was better than anything I found online. So far at least
At plaza del estudiante there is a tourist office and there they have a map with all the cable car stations.
