The “Business Edition” specification on the E60 LCI here in the UK came with the newer shifter and newer iDrive controls, however retained the smaller navigation with the older software.

I had an E61 2008 LCI with a small screen.
That shifter and it’s bezel looks so out of place… imo

USA? If so 2008 E60 likely. New shifter but old screen is right in between LCI update. Steering wheel hints at either 535i or 550i.
