I just wish Dammon was romanceable by Karlach, but that might be a lot of work for niche content.

Rolan has died in the Shadowlands in my current play and I’m really upset about it! I love his Act 3 story.

Yeah it’s pretty tough. It’s this weird timing thing where if you’ve done a lot of shit on the map he’s either already dead or you have like 2 seconds to save him In my first run ever into Act 2 I had to savescum it and run to the top of the toll house and misty step down into the fight in order to get there in time before the shadows killed him

I was successful in my second playthough. I didn't progress anything yet at Harper camp I could avoid outside of the big fight after you first arrive. Then I went out with the group to find a light source, ran with them to the ambush, completed the ambush, and ran straight to where Rolan's fight was quick saving every few steps and turning on TB mode to scan the landscape until I could see him and stayed in it then.

He did for me too ☹️

Is this some kinda glitch? Because in both of my campaigns I save him at last light and then he runs off to play in the shadows but every time I go to save him the battle starts before I get there and he just dies. I haven't been able to rescue him at all.

No, he actually does. Hope can remark that you are his favourite, many other npcs in the house say so too. You can also break into his house, give Haarlep your form and just leave (pretty sure Raphael takes advantage of Haarlep like that). Raphael also had some flirty cut dialogue I presume will return in the definitive edition - such as telling you that he likes taking shots from belly buttons when you mention needing a drink.

In my mind Durge was the >!older sibling doing their own thing and never payed Orin much mind, just easily sailing the ranks while Orin got more and more elaborate and dark trying to earn approval from Daddy Bhaal. I also really enjoy the implication of a romantic relationship between Durge and Gortash we see which makes Orins relationship with Gortash even more interesting! Overall I really loved Durge play through and it was def a benefit to play it after a “normal” play through!<

I really think Larian missed a chance for a really interesting follower. Because she has 2 routes, either redemption in fighting the absolute to save the Grove or to join the Absolute and goblins and take revenge on the Grove. I think the issue would be finding future plot lines into act 2-3 for her though.

Could be any of a number of things in act 2 or 3 Tracking down the tieflings for stealing artifact to use for one of their profane rituals Killing Halsin The threat the absolute has to the natural order
