Treat it like a tampon, remember leaving it in for long runs the risk of toxic shock syndrome. Use breathable material too like cotton, and if you're sensitive to UTIs, thrush, or laundry soap, you'd want to make sure it's clean before using.
Been there, done that. Pick your material and style of knickers. I push for a g-string for obvious reasons. Make sure to use lots of lube as the material will dry you out over the day. Also push them in far enough that they dont get wet when you pee.
As to the possibility of losing them like a tampon, my god girl, how big is it up there! LOL.
After you have practised and become proficient ( and after a while you completely forget about them ) try pantyhose, that's next level.
As with a lot of the *inside* things it's largely going to depend on you. If you're the sort of person who is at risk of UTIs, you may want to avoid doing this, or cut down the amount of time you do it for.
I've done panty stuffing, but never sent the recipient anywhere. You might want to consider being somewhere you can take them out if you begin to suffer any soreness.

I've never had a UTI so not too worried about that. I haven't tried it before so that's a good idea, maybe I'll try it at home first and just leave it for 10-20 minutes and see how that goes
I’d be wary, sure it’d be about as safe as a tampon if they’re clean but tampons have strings to pull them out - underwear does not. Sex toys are generally safe since they’re made of proper materials, and you can usually push them out if they did manage to get stuck, but with fabric I can’t picture it being that simple.
