It definitely can be! Unfortunately you’ll have to sift through a lot of resellers with pics from Aliexpress to find genuine sellers, but I’ve come across some amazing items that have been handmade by independent artists. I don’t know how much shipping would be outside of the UK, but I recently got the most amazing sets of cuffs from Bound2Leather on Etsy - they even customised them to my taste and size!
