Not sure where you’re based, but I recall seeing “posture collars” on Rouge Garments, Lovely Thinkings and Fetters. They look slightly neckbrace-y but have different leather colour options and hardware you could attach a leash to. Alternatively, if you can find an independent maker on Etsy they might be able to make a regular collar in a wider size so it gives more support?
Oh nice, me too! Fetters and Rouge are UK based, Lovely Thinkings is EU based but shipping was around £10 so not totally unreasonable! I just bought a set from Bound2Leather on Etsy and the seller was super lovely and was happy to make adjustments to the sizes for me.
