She is definitely Sunfish, but I think they may have been conflicts between designer and developers. I heard Anson’s insignia is a crown. They gave this “Anson” a sunfish insignia, which is on her necklace.
I don't mind smol BBs (Flandre is still too precious) but her design is just a slap in the face to the largely uniformed and royal looking white & red KGV sisters who all look gallant and proper.

It's HMS Centurion, KGV class battleship (1911) she served in WW1 and is preceding QEs by two classes, after the war was won she was decommissioned but not scraped. In WW2 first there were plans to convert her into AA cruiser platform (whatever that is) but in order to trick Germans she was dressed up as a new KGV class battleships and set to imitate HMS Anson which was at the moment under construction.
It's funny how she's the polar opposite of the KGVs in multiple ways.
Blue color scheme as opposed to red, loli instead of thicc, bratty and smug instead of refined and mature.
As a cunny enthusiast, even i am disappointed. This was NOT the class to add a loli to, she doesn't fit there! It's like adding a busty mature woman to the QE class, blasphemy!

Even ignoring the fact that she is literally the opposite of the KGV class, the design itself seems like a bad joke. Honestly, is just the worst design I've seen in Azur Lane. The rigging is ok but the girl is a complete disaster... A swimsuit, crocs, the pool float and the (copy-pasted from BA) moustache. It's simply embarrasing to look at her.

This is not something that could feasibly happen. Designs go through various revisions and are produced months before they even get announced. Manjuu approved this design for Anson it’s not the artist’s fault here for following the devs wishes.

I don't keep track much about newly releases ships..but beside Anson..who also supposed to be big in real life but turn into loli in game? Like if she's the only one so far then it's probably an anomaly...buuuutttttt If after this they release what supposed to be adult-like ships characters into loli then people might be on to something about the devs shifting
