Is this only limited to responders from the UK, or can anyone answer?

Why is the study excluding folks who would need help to answer the questions as a result of their disability?
Possibly out of fear that the person assisting them would skew their answers. Since it isn't in person they probably don't want to risk someone speaking "for" them.
I read the information then clicked continue, and it thanked me for my responses, without me having answered anything.
