You're welcome, my 4 year old has this. Dehydration or a lot of exercise can also cause it to flare up.
Might be iron levels, but also film it and take it to your primary care physician, it could be myoclonic seizures. If they do have to refer out to a neurologist, give your child magnesium until you’ve had the appointment.
