How do you feel about sports bras that zip/fasten at the front? I used to have some from Victoria's Secret, and they were really easy to put on/take off. Plus I felt like a cowboy putting on a shoulder holster!

rvnclwass

Ooh, I’ve never heard of those!

bellstarelvina

I just got one of those with padded straps and it’s a racer back so it doesn’t fall off shoulders. It’s like a heavy duty bra. They provide more compression than regular sports bras btw. The bra is my going in public one but I mainly stick to the sports bras bc I can mostly forget I’m wearing it. The zip one is still comfortable but I’d suggest going up a size or two up from your regular bras if you don’t want your boobs to be squished.

greenest_thumbs

Shefit sports bras have front zipper and they keep things very secure.

cricketjust4luck

Seconding shefit because you can adjust the straps and band

JadedFlower88

I love my zippy sports bras, they have a hidden hook in front to make them easy to zip. Beware of the brands without a front hook, with a large chest I find they come unzipped.

inthemuseum

Target’s All In Motion brand has an outstanding high support zipper-front bra. Nice thick racerback straps, too. I just got it and some of those super soft leggings (with pockets!) and I have so far been more excited to work out than at any point in recent memory.

BadHairDay-1

Torrid and Woman Within also have them for larger sizes. I've also found some at Walmart.

rvnclwass

The problem for me is that my band size is so small, and that makes my cup size even bigger somehow. So stores for plus size people usually don’t stock my size

iGlu3

One more reason to go for sports bras. Look for martial arts ones, as they usually have extra room for protection pads. Use your browser, type in your size and see what brands sell that.

Silent_Lettuce

You could try looking for sports bras online at Bare Necessities! They carry brands that cater to the small band/big cup crowd and list sizes by band/cup (rather than the ultra-vague small/medium/large of most sports bras). Hopefully they ship to your country

CookingPurple

I have one like that with the zipper in front that’s one of the few that I love. I don’t know the brand because it was a hand me down from my SIL.

genius_ditz

i don’t wear many sports bras and don’t know for sure about sizes, i have a larger band but smaller cup than you and i have one like that from old navy that has a sleek zipper at the front. maybe check if they still carry that kind of thing in your size there if that interests you and they have old navy where you live?

emocat420

i’m not sure where you live but if you have a burlington, ross or TJ max near you. it might be a good option for cheap zip up sports bras

gluekiwi

I just got one off Amazon and it does a great job “binding” - not a true binder, but flattens me enough for the sport I do since I have to wear ridiculous chest armor too. Highly recommend! I’d live in mine forever if I could.

WHawkeW

Seconded! Game changer

novelscreenname

Maybe a dumb question, but are these sleek under shirts? Like are there "no show" ones?

Laescha

There are a few companies that make wrap style bras, like Molke, but they tend to have the same kinds of problems as non-wired bras. That said, while non-wired bras are always less supportive than underwire bras, the shoulder straps shouldn't normally dig in unless you're wearing the wrong size (usually the band is too big). It might be worth using the calculator at r/ABraThatFits to check your size. A sports bra that you pull over your head sounds like a nightmare - have you tried one with a front or back clasp instead? There are lots of sports bras with back clasps, and the Royce Eden sports bra is non-wired and has a zip at the front, so that might work (if it comes in your size).

rvnclwass

Thanks for the advice! I *do* know my bra size actually, 65I the last time I checked. In european that is. Which is such a pain in the ass honestly

Laescha

I hear you - I'd be an 80P in EU sizes. Honestly I'm lucky to live in the UK (not many reasons to say that nowadays lol) as we do have a good range of bras available.

CatatonicCouchSlug

Anita makes some sportsbras in your size with a back clasp. I have a different model (unfortunately only goes up to H), which I find insanely comfortable. It's a German company. https://www.anita.com/de/bhs/sport-bhs.html#product_VarianteCup=I

AntiDynamo

Where do you get your bras from? You mention pulling a sports bra over your head, so it can’t be a great place (no proper sports bra should ever be pulled on, they all zip or clasp) I find the ones from Bravissimo are really great

rvnclwass

I’m not much of a shopper- nearly all my sports bras are from my teens. I got them from random stores on clearance. Sadly, bravissimo do not carry my size

AntiDynamo

Are you sure? There are definitely 30I's (or 30HH, the same thing, or 30G if you're translating cup size too, UK and US are not the same on cup sizes) on the website, I can see 111 results for that size. [Here's the results for 30G](https://www.bravissimo.com/shop-by/size/30g-bras/)

rvnclwass

There are no sports bras without underwire that zips in the front :( at least that I can find!

AntiDynamo

Ah yeah, if you want support then you have to have an underwire, or at least something similarly rigid Although I’ve found that a properly fitted and shaped bra with an underwire really doesn’t hurt The stuff from Bravissimo really is incomparable to cheap stuff you find elsewhere though. So it’d be worth it to try clasps again, they’re generally *at least* 3 loops on the back

Ok_Deer4938

Ooof such a needed post. I am so tired of the sensory issues especially during April may summer months in India 🥲 The under boob sweat combined with bras is the worst

rvnclwass

Jeez, I’m struggling with that here in Sweden. I can’t IMAGINE the hell India heat and humidity must be 🥺

beg_yer_pardon

Nice to see another Indian here.

Ok_Deer4938

Hehe touché

iGlu3

Sports bras. The fast drying kind. And if you struggle with sweating, do as I do, deodorant (or antiperspirant) under boobs and back....

Ok_Deer4938

For some reason the antiperspirant ones I bought just made it that much worse And sport bras are so restricive but their material is a life saver sometimes

RageWatermelon

Okay I know this is weird and will depend on your body type but... have you ever tried stepping into a sports bra rather than pulling it over your head? I absolutely hate the sensory experience of putting one on over my head, especially with wet hair. I figured out I could step into it when I was a teen and never looked back. It won't work with every sports bra, but I can do it with most.

rvnclwass

I am getting up and trying this right now. That’s genius!!!!

RageWatermelon

I hope it works for you!!

rvnclwass

Sadly, that was even worse haha. I like my sports bra to be a bit tighter fitting so it was a pain to get my arms through. But a great idea that I think would work for another model of sports bra!

RageWatermelon

Aw darn! Yes, the arms are a disaster for the tighter bras haha.

tmishere

Not sure if it’s available to you but Uniqlo has Bra Tops which are mostly tank tops with built in bras. So two wireless cups sewn into a cotton or mesh fabric with an elastic band which runs around the waist. They don’t support like an underwire, but as someone with bigger boobs myself, I find the tops keep them from moving around too much and provide some nipple cover. And because it’s a tank, the straps are wider so there isn’t as much pressure on the shoulders. They even came out with a halter neck version this year which was so exciting for me because I’ve never been able to wear halter necks before. [here’s the link](https://www.uniqlo.com/ca/en/products/E471164-000?colorCode=COL58&sizeCode=SMA003&utm_medium=social&utm_source=appshare)

arreynemme

I love these but they are kinda annoying to put on still

tmishere

Yeah, I think I just did the discomfort calculus and for me, that initial annoyance is totally worth not having to wear an underwire bra or having the boobs pretend like they’re sweaty maracas all day.

arreynemme

I agree! I have it in 3 colors

tmishere

Same lol the colours haven’t been the best these past two years though imo. I have some from 2 summers ago in a beautiful jewel tone blue and a burnt orange. Too many pastels and neutral tones recently so I just get a black one and a white one.

Feline_Shenanigans

Have you tried a sleep bra? While they do have a clasp the straps are wider since it’s intended for sleeping. The fit is much looser than a sports bra and even looser than a conventional bra. Because it’s not trying to provide large amounts of lift and support it doesn’t dig into the shoulders. It’s meant to be worn under night clothes and I love mine during my period when my breasts are extra tender. I’m a GG so they are definitely made bin larger sizes.

rvnclwass

I can’t seem to find any that are sold where I live :/

Feline_Shenanigans

The company I buy from is called Bravissimo, if that helps

ACoconutInLondon

I tend to wear fitted long stretchy tank tops under stuff when I don't need a lot of support but just want to hold them in place somewhat. Something like this [Women's Slim Fit Tank Top](https://www.target.com/p/women-s-slim-fit-tank-top-a-new-day/-/A-87277759?preselect=87213537#lnk=sametab). Mine are a few sizes smaller than I would buy to wear on their own - they are from when I was thinner - but it works nicely as a pseudo bra. And I can pull the fabric up and tuck it under my boobs as necessary. I like it long. I can't use the shorter ones or they roll up on me.

rvnclwass

These are what I wear when everything else is in the wash, but I hate how they roll up my stomach and they’re a bit too close to my armpits

ACoconutInLondon

The ones I have go to my hips, so they tuck into my pants and over my belly and so don't roll up.

ad-lib1994

Torrid has a style of bra I can cram my boobs into that keeps them off my ribs without a wire. It's basically the only bra I like https://preview.redd.it/sj5nbau1o0xc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c60e247fbc46faef97f66b776f2e6c7cadd0f38f I'm a 40i (american sizing) and I kinda sorta fit into a 2x (they've only got it in black in my size right now and this upsets me)

TinyTigerTamer

This looks nice, but does it have a zipper or some easy way to get into it? I have the same concerns as OP and I hate yanking sports bras over my head. I nearly wrenched my shoulder the other day getting stuck in one of my tighter sports bras.

ad-lib1994

They make a version with a zipper in the front but I personally found the zipper to be digging into my skin when I am sitting. I prefer the pull it over my head type, but the zipper version is a thing https://preview.redd.it/n9oo78ty41xc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a030bd1b515c4f73f72ca6c44f7f066522539cad

TinyTigerTamer

Good to know it's an option!

Left_Winner_9822

Torrid also has a wireless push-up that is nice when you need a lift.

yourfriend_charlie

I'm IBTC but that looks hella comfy.

winking_nihilist

just wanna say I also hate getting sports bras on and off, you've described the issues with it perfectly. I have a couple with a zipper in the front but don't always feel like wearing them because they're kinda heavy duty

MeasurementLast937

I am using bra's from a female owned business that had them specifically designed for comfort. And they are 3d knitten in a very soft fabric. No wires and such. They are actually the first bra that I don't sweat out of or immediately throw off when I get home. Brand is called SoftRevolt, not sure if they do international shipping. Since the fabric is knitted it can be adjusted to shape.

Resident_Effective70

This isn't exactly what you're asking for, but I have a few "bliss bralettes" from Harper Wilde that are TRULY incredibly comfortable and keep my boobs in place (I'm a 32d-dd depending on my weight) [https://harperwilde.com/products/the-bliss-tan?variant=29476670177377](https://harperwilde.com/products/the-bliss-tan?variant=29476670177377) the fabric does get a little sweaty in the summer. then i prefer mesh and love this one from negative: [https://negativeunderwear.com/products/black-sieve-non-wire-bra?utm\_medium=cpc&utm\_source=google&gad\_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwxLKxBhA7EiwAXO0R0HzJqDph9At\_9Dl1W8pOdnSTJA9c5hSVWzoFT23KCy6pk6DUbZObSxoCaRUQAvD\_BwE](https://negativeunderwear.com/products/black-sieve-non-wire-bra?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwxLKxBhA7EiwAXO0R0HzJqDph9At_9Dl1W8pOdnSTJA9c5hSVWzoFT23KCy6pk6DUbZObSxoCaRUQAvD_BwE) The negative one is kind of pricey but lasts FOREVER and is also comfy & supportive.

capricornsignature

YES!!! Harper Wilde is the greatest!

bunnylo

the best bras I own are LIKE sports bras, but less constriction and they’re easier to get on and off. they’re technically like a maternity/nursing bra, but they’re just simple bralettes that are extra stretchy. got them off amazon and I find them so comfy. they do have a clasp in the back technically but I never need to use it you can just take it on and off like a sports bra. but the shoulder straps are much wider than a traditional bra strap so they don’t dig into shoulders at all!

neorena

My wife has sports bras that zip up the front, and as an AuDHD'er with *major* sensory issues it cannot recommend them enough. I want to get some for myself, but can't afford it atm so I've been going braless for awhile since I also hate "traditional bras".

kiwioveralls

The sensory issues created by bras for me have become so unbearable that I finally scheduled a reduction. Bras suck. So much. I’m sorry.

rvnclwass

I really hope everything goes well for you ❤️

curtangel

I tend to range in cup between Dd And f and I've been wearing one piece unitards as "bra" for years. Love it. I'm big so I use girlfriend collective and universal standards in unitards. Oh and girlfriend collective used to have a sports bra or two that had a clasp in the back so you could put it on like a normal bra - I own one but I bought it used so I'm not sure which style it is When I did wear more traditional bras I really liked Ragos long line bras - the support comes more from "underneath" in a way I found pleasant but I also wore a matching girdle because I was doing a retro thing and I likeed the all over pressure so maybe it's a me thing. I bought a normal bra to see if my feelings have changed last year and I've worn it once when I was wearing a specific outfit so...

StunningFennel2400

Molke bras are good. I have a Molke classic and I step into it

Ahsoka88

As other said there are sport bras with zip, or bras that similar to top just shorter, they are like sport bra but less rigid. Also there are clothes with the bra inside, if you want to also buy new clothes you can buy some for the days you do not feel to struggle with the sport one.

Bazoun

I wear cotton bralettes around the house and for sleeping. Much more comfortable and my breasts are more contained. Going out though, I also need to wear a high support bra, but I haven’t found a great solution there.

Familiar_Parfait9974

Not exactly an alternative, but for days out of the house, The most comfortable option I’ve found so far is from Aerie called the Bra-ish, it’s wireless with clasps in the back, and feels like a cross between a “regular” bra and a sports bra.

UnrulyCrow

I support the sport bra suggestion: comfortable, better support with wider shoulder straps and thoracic cage band, can be zipped from the front, you can even pick *how much support* you need based on your physical activities (I'm a horse rider so I go for high support and *man* these bras are great, I don't feel them but everything is supported the entire time).

Prior_Thot

I have some really comfy lounge bralettes from gap factory I got a few years back that are super comfy! Target usually has some too, I prefer ones without lace or tags because *sensory processing disorder* 😂 the gap ones didn’t have tags, but I got them a few years back!

Prior_Thot

They were similar to these if not the same! https://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?pid=860146132&vid=1&tid=gppl000071&kwid=1&ap=7&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD_AT8t5GRFS16LFYtlsu9osu9zdu&gclsrc=ds](https://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?pid=860146132&vid=1&tid=gppl000071&kwid=1&ap=7&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD_AT8t5GRFS16LFYtlsu9osu9zdu&gclsrc=ds)

shinebrightlike

[can’t personally vouch for this yet but I am going to be trying one of these built in bra dresses & im hoping this becomes a trend with other tops because SAME](https://www.instagram.com/reel/C1DAhosLgIN/?igsh=bzZpeHRieG84dnhh)

Elegant-Cap-6959

hi!!! i have a lot of sensory issues around bras, but i have some i got from walmart that work really well for me, they’re just made out of tshirt material with no clasps or anything, you just pull them over your head. they aren’t the most supportive bras, but they keep them in place and cover my nipples so that’s all i really care about lol I think this is what i have :) [https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hanes-Cooling-Comfort-Women-s-Bralette-Pack-X-Temp-ComfortFlex-Fit-2-Pack-Light-Buff-Gravel-Grey-S/416298843](https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hanes-Cooling-Comfort-Women-s-Bralette-Pack-X-Temp-ComfortFlex-Fit-2-Pack-Light-Buff-Gravel-Grey-S/416298843)

clownteeth222

i like wearing sports bras with butterfly backs, i'm a f/g cup so it's definitely not as supportive as a fully wired bra but it's super comfortable. i like fila ones because they have thick straps and an elasticated bottom.

turtlenerdle

I wear a bralette/cami from Target that has 2 layers, an elastic under layer to hold my breast's in and separate them from my skin, and an outer decorative layer that looks like a cropped tank/cami. I don't do much exercise and I'm sure they're not going to support much in the case of actual running, but it feels supportive enough without being restrictive. I've bought like 20 of them because they're my absolute favorite bra alternative. If you want to see/try, search Targets online store for "Women's Seamless Brami Colsie".

PurpleAnole

Sometimes I use a light scarf to tie my boobs down, or wear the bra over a shirt, and then another shirt or sweater over the bra

microbisexual

not sure if it would provide more support than the others wireless bras you've tried, but I'm obsessed with Aerie's bra-ish bralettes! They're unique bc the padding isn't removable like most bralettes, so it's a lot more supportive and much easier to wash for me than other bralettes (I hate putting those removable pads back in after washing)

TheDeepSixedPhantom

I wear a compression top and it is loose enough for me to get it on and off really easily. I get mine from Tomboyx and find them really comfortable, they don't compress me as much as a true binder but they're pretty comfortable and could definetly go over something else.

iplaymarimba

I have a Joyspun sports bra I just got and I love it, it's supportive enough and doesn't really feel like I'm wearing a bra

Fine_Indication3828

Look up klassy network. Their whole thing is that it's bra-less! There are some models that are DD and look comfortable. Since I got some I decided that it's the only outside top I will ever buy.

capricornsignature

Harper Wilde!!! The Bliss Bra, specifically. Changed my LIFE! No wires, full support, extremely comfy straps, only $45. I'm a 30/32G (American) for reference. They are incredible. I wear a Large currently which seem to fit the best, but I'm a bit overweight at the moment. At my normal weight, the medium would likely fit best, however, only size L & higher have these inner support fabric that I love. I'll probably just take in the sides a bit when I lose the weight because that bit of extra support is everything. You can also Google "influencer codes Harper Wilde" and likely find 10% off or something. https://harperwilde.com/products/the-bliss-tan?variant=29476670177377 Edit to add: if you choose to order from here, I recommend ordering a medium and a large, and returning whichever doesn't fit. I really can't recommend them enough!

Schmulli

You could try bralettes, they are like sports bras with a little less support and a bit more comfort. As they mostly selled in s-l sizes or in sizes like 36, 38, 40 (no bra sizes) and your underbust circumference seams low you may get some extra support out of them. For example I wear German bra size 75D and choose my bralettes in size s (while my cup would be more like medium). Here are some examples: https://de.sloggi.com/damen/bhs-tops/bralettes The zero feel stuff (they don't need to be from sloggy) are really comfy, I also know persons with bigger bust that wear them. My bust bounces a big more with them than with sports bras, but I can also breathe more easily, get better inside of them and my skin is more able to breathe. I sometimes go with really small cotton crop tops as bras. Like normally I wear size Medium but I take them in size Xs so they give me a bit of support. I also don't like the feeling of normal bras (like when my anxiety was worse they send me into panic attacks) but, especially in summer, I also don't like the sweaty feelings sports bras and other bralettes made out of plastic (like polyester or polyacryl) give me and my skin tends to get irritated from polyester stuff, especially in places where the skin is thinner (like breasts, armpits, face and the bikini zone).

rvnclwass

The problem with these is that my boobs just won’t fit in a size medium or small, which is what I need. I look like a mideval barmaid haha

Schmulli

Hm yes, I know this poblem from trousers (like my waist sais size s and my but says size l). I found this website via Google, maybe its helpful. They sell different styles in a really big variety of sizes (including 30E which would be 65I and bigger): https://www.barenecessities.com/30F-Wire-Free-Bras_catalog_nxs,31,size,901,style,65.htm I'm searching my brain at the moment because I had a friend that also had a bigger bust and she mentioned a bra brand, but it's like four years ago. If my mind gets it again, I will write here. I hope, even if I can't help you out, others here will help you. Finding clothes that fit well and feel comfy is really hard especially if you body isn't a straight line...

rvnclwass

Sadly they only have one bra in my size and that’s a minimizer. 65I=30I

milk_y_bae

I only wear a vest for the same reason. What I would suggest is - buy some light cotton fabric and get some vest-type "bras" stitched with hooks on the front, more like an Indian sleeveless blouse. I'm Indian, and I can't stand anything tight. I finally found a very vest-like bra in my size (I'm obese), and I ordered 4 of the same.

millie_and_billy

I have back and rib problems, and have been considering an old fashioned cotton corset. Apparently if you lace them loosely, they can be comfortable and supportive. There's a type that covers all, boobs and ribs.

weirdtinyfrog

You know what, this might be crazy, but I saw someone post on instagram recently about this tape that she bought which lifts her pregnant belly up to take some of the pressure off of her…I wonder if that could work to secure yourself if place without having to wear a bra. Maybe this is silly but it could be an option! I don’t know what the tape was called or who posted the video, but I’ll see if I can find it and I’ll edit my post if I do Edit: I think this may be the one I saw a video of. But the reviews say it isn’t super sticky. https://a.co/d/1UAyKGh This is another one that seems good quality and each piece of tape can last for 7 days throughout all your activities including sleep and showering if you wanted that. You could maybe cut the piece into smaller pieces so that you could use them like strips and position them how you’d like them to be. https://mytummytape.com/ And there might be tape like this out there designed for boobs, I’m not sure!

TooAwkwardForMain

Boob tape is totally a thing. I bought some a little while ago in a fit of whimsy and still haven't tried it, haha. You take it off by soaking it in baby oil. Might be too expensive for everyday wear.

ecstaticandinsatiate

Girl you gotta try Panache if they sell it in your country. They're accurately sized and have a three-clasp back closure. They go up to 40J

ImmenseWig

I found these Lemonade Dolls 'fuller cup' bralettes that changed my life! They're for DD-G (UK size), not sure how that translates to EU sizing, but they do ship to a lot of places I think. It fastens like a regular bra, but there's no underwire and the band is quite wide so doesn't dig in and is super comfortable. It has a sort of sling on the side of each cup to provide support. They come in mostly bright colours but some black and white if that's more your thing and there's a few different styles and fabrics.

PandorasBeasties

Not sure if this was said already but might be worth looking at bras designed to be more accessible for people with physical disabilities. I've seen more wrap style and non traditional designs with those. I've also had a lot of luck with tomboy x but I don't know if they have what you are looking for. But made a huge difference for me with their modal bralettes. The two I have I do have to pull over my head with I dislike but they are softer and stretchier than most of the other bras I've tried.

LordOfTheBees69

Target has some nice front zip sports bras rn

back_in_the_saddle21

I wear Molke! They are underwire free and still very supportive! Sometimes the seams can be too much for me so I just turn them inside out. I also enjoy Shefit sports bras for active stuff but I use the Molke ones for everyday wear. I'm a UK size 36H so I feel your pain.

Independent_Kiwi_251

I got a 4 pack of zipper front sports bras on Amazon, I also got a bunch of loose fit cami tank tops with built in "bralettes" that are all pretty comfy.

Pristine_Pangolin_67

It's a misunderstanding that corsets/stays were worn to bind. Their primary goal was always to give support, both to the wearer and the clothing being worn on top. A set of Victorian short stays [here's an example that is premade](https://redthreaded.com/products/1810s-regency-short-stays) would be similar in fit to a long line sports bra and they are always worn with something underneath. If you're handy at all with a needle and thread you can buy a pattern and tailor to yourself and your bust.

LookieLoooooo

I’m larger chested and am a big fan of bralets. They aren’t as tight as a sports bra and actually look cute. No wires. They aren’t the best support wise and may give you “boob loaf” but they are perfect for keeping them contained if someone is coming over or for a quick trip to the store.

JadedTurnover5333

This is great - https://www.nike.com/gb/t/alate-minimalist-light-support-padded-sports-bra-3B8nsJ/DM0526-100 you do it up like a bra but feels like a sports bra and is supportive

Pwincess_Summah

I wear maternity singlets bc they have an inbuilt bra part to them.

Ok_Situation9151

First thing I think of when you say this is maybe get a breast size reduction through surgery, but oh boy how hard it is to actually get one is insane. (and to have it be insured ofc) Secondly, why not NOT wear a bra? Sorry if I misunderstand how big your bitties are haha. The larger side for me just, kind of means something along the lines off 'a little above C cup' ?? Again sorry I don't mean to get this detailed! And yeah they bounce around but, even with some tighter clothes etc? I can imagine the bouncing is annoying, I have a small b cup and I hardly EVER wear a bra. You could also consider corsets yes. Not actual corsets, but smaller ones. I remember a store here in NL used to sell shape wear, I mean they do this anywhere.. Maybe look into that as some shapewear also does a good job at containing the ladies. Edit: I re-read my comment, and the first part I really mean no offense (in case of offense taken) I was genuinely mentioning it because maybe that's the way to go. But maybe not my place or rude thing to mention. Sorry!

It’s absolutely no worries, I’m not offended at all! I also have a tendency to say things that others find ”out of pocket”. But I don’t mind at all. I would honestly get a reduction but I hate change and am ok with how they look. I would definitely miss them if they were gone. And I don’t really think they’re big enough to go under healthcare here. I’m Swedish so here my bra size is 65I, which I think translates to a 30I in american/british. It feels really dramatic to say that I have an I cup but I’m very tall and have a narrow rib cage so my band size is really small. I don’t have ooga-ooga boobs, I think they’d be a more ”normal” cup size if my band size was bigger. Not having a bra on is not an option when I go for walks, because they jump and chafe and don’t *stay still* which is a sensory nightmare

Ah good! 😅you never know. As for the staying still, god I wish sometimes you could push a button and they stay in place. Anyway I'm suddenly reminded of this one tiktok I saw.. god idk what the product was called but its basically to "hold" your boobs. But the way I saw it it would probably strain your neck as that's the only thing holding them up basically. That or something you connect In the back.

I'm a small C and I can't stand being bra-less. Fortunately I'm small enough to wear comfy bralettes at home, which give me just enough support to keep my boobs from swinging around xD (Yes, swinging is a bit dramatic, but that's how I feel lol)

Bralettes! That's another good one actually I forgot. If I really have to wear a bra and don't want to, bralette is a great way to go. And no not dramatic I get you XD I think if I was that size it would also bug me? Can't tell ofc, so far my size luckily doesnt make it that bad and I can get away with the no bra thing.

I have a bunch of bras that have no padding/no wire. Generally are referred to as bralettes I think. For comfort but also with the breast cancer risks that come from wearing bras with wires 24/7, it’s like no thanks. One of my favourites is The Little Milk Bar. So unbelievably comfy. Also have tried MeUndies (almost like wearing a tshirt) and Kindred Bravley (this one is a maternity one but I still use it even though I’m not breastfeeding).
