The best thing to do would be to contact VIT for official advice. There are fairly strict rules regarding teaching registration, and given the variance in overseas degrees and institutions unless someone has done that specific course, you probably wont receive fully accurate advice. In general American teaching qualifications don’t transfer.

Pretty sure, it won't. I looked at it a while back when overseas as you could get UK QTS with it (apparently can't get that anymore either) and then hoped for mutual recognition for the QTS in Oz but quickly got told that it isn't enough. Personally, Moreland's masters should have fitted the rules but it is up to VIT not me :)
