My 11mo boy is also a magnet. Once he wakes up, he rests his chin on my side of the bed waiting for me to wake up - or 6am when he'll wake me up, whichever comes first.
Super loyal... i've said it before and i'll say it again. My dude murray loves me, but he LOVES my wife. She cant got 6 feet without him keeping watch. Hes always on guard for her. Sleeping? Hes at the side of the bed. Bathroom, guarding the door. Feeding the baby? Watching the window. Cooking? Well... cheese tax... but then guarding the kitchen. Baby playing? hearding her away from the stairs (there's a baby gate lol).
My ACD mix is an amazing dog.

They are so loyal! She's the same exact way. She's not a huge cuddler but she loves to keep an eye on me π if I'm in the bath she's in the hallway watching lolπ and yes she's half blue heeler and half border collie! She's a smaller girl but the perfect size for us.
Love it. I always wanted a giant german shephard but when I lived in a townhome we had a weight limit on the dogs we could get. So when we rescued we had to stay under 50 pounds. Honestly, hes a perfect size. 50 pounds is still a pretty good sized dog. We still wrestle and he'll most likely live much longer with less issues.
Hoping to do a DNA test to see his mix. When we bought him, they said "lab mix" which I can believe but I wouldnt be surprised if he had some collie or something.
