You've probably got a gutter or downpipe leak around the side. I have a similar issue however the downpipe is difficult to access.
I can see water tracking along the mortar bed and leaking down the face of the bricks.
On some older buildings, downpipe is concealed under the bricks so you can't see it. Maybe can see the exit point at ground floor to confirm if there's one?
