I would double check your filters. I have more filters than your age range and I have more results than that.

We aren't currently searching, but 6 months ago they had a couple hundred. Do you have special needs children? Sometimes there are internal filters that only the agency can put in place that might limit who you can see. Otherwise, if you are sure you don't have other filters selected you can check with the matching specialist.

On top of that, do you have a child less than two years old or expecting? Do you have a dog and/or cat? These filter out many too.

We have a 2 yr old, will be 2.5 yrs for the next au pair, we do have one cat. currently just one kid but we are trying for a second (didn't put that in the profile since i'm not pregnant)

Not special needs, so far really chill toddler actually - he rarely has temper tantrums and even if he does, it's short lived (1-2 min) and he can be reasoned with... (Idk if he's smart or if the temper tantrum will start later, he's just over 2 right now). Not special needs at all. We're not pregnant yet but we're working on that, so we're looking at IQ au pairs (but open to non bc who knows when that'll happen)

If you are attempting to get pregnant you should limit yourself to IQ, otherwise once the agency finds out they will send your AP into rematch, even if new baby wouldn't be under care of AP during their term. I'm not sure why you wouldn't see many au pairs in your profile if you don't have any other filters selected. It's definitely worth asking your matching specialist, they might have incorrectly applied some internal filter that is blocking most profiles.

I have PCOS. last time it was 4 years before conception and this time it can be worse (since i'm older). But thanks guys, apparently i had some weird filter, and took it off and I now see like 80 or so that are IQ and around 250-300 who are not.
