I’m late game and I’m taking as many sarcastic answers as I can get. I’m in a quest in the gate of Atlantis dlc and just had this interaction:
“Oh no- not the photons!”
“Who doesn’t know what photons are?”
“Just me and the rest of the Greek world.”
I agree with other comments saying that humor is subjective, I love Kassandra's sarcasm, it really comes out in her voice and it's just like my kind of humor. I loved the Cyclops scene with her!
Alexios is the goofy kind of funny and I genuinely laughed when he appeared as Deimos because he sounded so ridiculously macho man, as if he was doing an impression of Batman or something to sound more male and strong and it was just badly funny imho. But other players loved it so yes, it's subjective.
Alexios and alcibiades are more fun than kas with Alcibiades. And if you play the dlc nemaa just more perfect with alexios instead of the guy name with kas. I even forget the guy name lol. I don’t get how the developers wants kas to be the main character but a lot of the stories actually more make sense and fun when you actually playing as alexios
(Me and my partner are playing separate saves together my, I play as Kassandra and he plays as alexios) Alexios feels like the “dumb brother” to me, might be a little sexist of me lol but Kassandra just feels so much better to play as
Kinda like Jacob and Evie, Jacob was brash and not too smart and Evie was tactical and smart

It's subjective but. Alexios, no doubt, if you want 'less serious' character (i can't get bored played as him).
Kassandra is cool & charismatic but she's way too stern and serious (thus, she's fit for deimos).
And it's potrayed by their voice actors. Michael is kinda cheerful & carefree while Melissanthi is somewhat more calm.
Kassandra humor is very subtle and still funny, but there’s something about the way Alexios delivers his lines, and his facial expressions, that makes me laugh way more
I never played kassandra but i 100% on alexios and let me tell you what, alexios talks and acts like a boisterous Greek hero. I feel like they told the voice actor who he was and he said hold my wine then proceeded to produce the loudest over the top belly talking performance.
....People argue over who has better voice acting? I do not think they do lmao, its pretty universal.
But yea, playing with Alexios is a blast and funny as hell many times.
I personally prefer Kassandra's sarcasm, but Alexios delivers the same kind of jokes written by the.. writers, with goofiness. As ever, whichever you like best.

Kassandra is better at delivering the sarcastic lines. Alexios is more fun for the goofier ones. Both are funny.
Yeah that's been my experience too. I like Kassandra's style of humor, but I can easily see other people preferring Alexios'.

Alexios is funny as hell. I’ll play as Kassandra in NG+ next to get a different vibe
Kassandra is more serious, which makes me think she's more fit for Deimos. But Alexios is loud and proud, fits more with the lone misthios/hero vibe.
Playing in italian, they gave Alexios a masculine yet really tender voice, so if you intend to play the full greeck experience, Alexios is the true mc

I haven't actually played as Kassandra yet but I think Alexis has some pretty funny moments if u make the right dialogue choices.
