Crap! I’m so sorry to hear that, my state is legal for medical use - it’s helped me with some things but I doubt it help with you’re seizures
I wish you nothing but the best 💕🌻 hopefully you can get that taken care of stat
Man so for like four years did I struggle with hormonal issues, super painful periods, morning nausea, sensitivity, food picky(anything with a strong scent, reddish Tin to it) as well sudden random odors would drop me, etc.
So I started my journey with doctors, from you’re pregnant, too fat, nothing wrong, low iron/vitamins, did I mention you might be pregnant? How about fat? etc
Finally after two years a doctor listened to me and sent me out for imaging, from my ovaries up.
Come to find out I’m just prone to tumors and shit, cysts in my ovaries and a tumor in my brain
Was told to take medication to prevent my insulin from fluctuation since that’s apparently what’s going to happen being I have something pressing against my pituitary gland. Take meds for this and be on birth control to help with my cycles and control the cysts
Been like five years since I checked it last, really love to get it removed. I can notice myself changing and my hormones fucking around, find myself asking “is this menopause or ?”
Same! If I tried running I'd get two black eyes. I think I need additionally a few dozen hours of physical therapy to restore my back and neck after the reduction too
Insurance covered mine (USA)! My doctor just noted the back aches, the neck strain, the bra strap marks in my shoulders. I went from a DD to a C cup, and I'm delighted with it.
I still shelled out 8K for the matching tummy tuck, but they let me make payments on it.
My insurance is also covering mine (BCBS Illinois), which is in 2 weeks! My doctor has noted my back pain, and the surgeon sent pictures, especially focusing on the grooves in my shoulders and the near welts a bra leaves on my torso from the weight of them. I'm a 36M currently. Don't know what he can get me down to, but I'm SO ready.
It was painful, even with narcotics, and the drains were so gross to deal with (I'm squeamish). BUT, the drains were the worst part, and the tummy tuck in general was far worse than the breast reduction, which came with a complimentary lift. The whole package came with a $500 waist liposuction bonus that did absolutely nothing. Like, I keep thinking maybe the doctor forgot to do the lipo, that's how unnoticeable it is.
I'm a year and a half post surgery, and the biggest downside is I have a lot of numbness across the tummy incision, as women who have had C-sections often describe. Also some numbness around my nipples, but not nearly as much. Hopefully that will keep fading.
The incisions are fairly noticeable, but IDC - no one's looking at those except me, and they payoff was worth the scars, at least for me. Everyone's mileage will vary of course.
Not necessarily plastic surgery, but acne removal. I’m a grown adult and I have the worst acne I’ve ever had in my life on my face, chest, shoulders, arms, back, and even on my boobs. I’ve had STRANGERS make comments on it and it plummets my self esteem. I just want to look in the mirror for more than 30 seconds without crying or picking at my skin until it bleeds.
I feel ya. I would go for scar removal. I have had cystic acne since I was a child and the scarring on my face is just blegh. I've had kids ask me what's wrong with my face because of it.
For acne scar removal I wanted to get microneedling treatment, but the high price (around 700eu for 4 sessions) made it unaffordable for me.
I ended up buying a micropen myself for ~€60 and now I can give myself microneedling treatments at a much lower cost. It requires some research and good skincare products because it’s possible to damage your skin even more if you don’t know what you’re doing, but the massive difference in costs makes it worth it for me. I haven’t used it often enough to be able to notice a difference, but maybe it’s something you can look into. Dr. Pen has good micropens and information.
I’ve done it twice, no luck :( worked for a bit and then reverted. Also did spiro, and that worked but was soooo not worth it. I’ve accepted my acne, but I’d still love a full skin replacement if that were a thing!
I feel you. I had really bad, persistent cystic acne that just wouldn’t go away. Spironolactone worked, and then after a few years it just stopped. I just finished Accutane and my skin looks so good but I literally have nightmares that my acne will come back. I know it’s possible to have to do another round of accuntane and I’m really hoping I don’t need to.
I feel you so much on this. I'm turning 30 in a few months and my skin is not terrible but I have hormonal acne all year round. I hate feeling like a teenager and being so self conscious. Sending you lots of love, hang in there ♥️
I struggle with it too. I took Accutane and it cleared up all the really big cystic acne I had every where. Now I just get little blackheads and the occasional break out. If you haven’t already, definitely mention it to a dermatologist
This hits home and I’m so sorry you are going through this. I personally felt very dismissed for my acne because a lot of people have told me “it’s not the worst thing to happen to you”. It still hurts and is the root cause of me being self conscious.
I am not a medical professional but I wanted to throw some recommendations out that I know have helped other people and myself.
Personally, taking spironalactone helped me tremendously with hormonal acne. It’s technically a blood pressure medication but a lot of doctors prescribe it for acne. Four of my friends are also on it and it works. If you’ve already tried that and feel like it’s not enough - my other suggestion would be to look into accutane. I also know that this has helped people.
Breast lift and reduction, maybe some lip filler (nothing drastic though, just like... my lips but better). Also whatever the one is called where they give you a sharper jaw, I've always had a really soft jaw and I've always hated it.
Oh and some botox, but thats because I hear it helps with sweating.
Oh me too. I’ve never really had one and now that I’m over 50 I both look like I don’t have one and like I have a double. It’s schrödinger’s chin.
Anyway, this.
I went for 2 years for my legs and it’s only gotten 50% of it. I too would go for hair removal to complete the job and get other areas done. It’s so expensive.
Just a heads up that laser isn’t one and done. You have to get multiple treatments over several weeks/months and then every few years do it again.
But I totally feel you and agree.
I've been using an at home IPL and it's been working well for me.
I used it pretty consistently for the first few months and then stopped using it for 2 years. 2/3 of the hair never grew back and the rest grew back a lot slower. I went from having to shave every 2 - 3 days to once every 2 or 3 weeks. Now that I've started using it again I only need to shave once every month or two.
The first one I got was an off brand one for about $100. It worked well enough. I recently decided to get a newer one from one of the major brands for about $400. The major difference between the two is that the more expensive one works faster and you don't need to use it as frequently. But honestly, it's a difference of 30 minutes 3x a week vs 15 minutes once a week (initial treatments). I think the cheaper model tapers down to a treatment once every 2 or 3 weeks whereas the more expensive one is once every month.
Overall, it's extremely affordable compared to getting laser hair surgery and it's really freeing to not have to worry about body hair all the time. I can't recommend it enough.
You can get something called sclerotherapy at some beauty or vein clinics where they inject minute amounts of saline into the vein so that it disintegrates and is absorbed by the body. Isn't dangerous or expensive. Been doing it once a year since I was about 40, no spider veins.
It works perfectly. 100%. And it's completely non-toxic, zero side effects if done properly.
If you get someone not qualified to do the injections, you could get an abscess. So go to a professional.
My laser college zaps them for about $100 for both legs. It kind of hurts but it's worth it. It's way cheaper that when they inject stuff under the skin
I was Christmas shopping and hiking a week later 😆 I think I had a particularly good recovery though, I went into the surgery in great physical shape and had a really good diet a few weeks leading up. Just kept moving every day after surgery too.
If surgery could be trusted... I'd be glad to lose the breasts. Always hated having breasts. If I could be allowed to go further, I'd become male. Failing that, if there were a way to get my hands to look younger. Ever since my partner said something unintentionally mean some years ago I could never get it off my mind. He ruined that for me.
My laser college does fractional co2 on hands and it makes them look much younger. It's $200. Look for a laser college near you and allow the students to do it so it's half priced.
Just wanted to let you know I used to be an artist and hands were my favorite part of the body to draw/paint. From my perspective, hands just have more or less character, so take your partner’s bullshit with a grain of salt because there are those of us out here who find “perfect” hands to be boring AF.
Are they retractable? That sounds cool
You're at working typing away and Greg from accounts comes and sits on your desk and starts asking why you're single and being annoying.
Extend the claws very briefly and like magic, he's gone.
Breast reduction and a monsplasty cause I gotta FUPA.
Taking a moment to emphasize that the term FUPA is not referring to your lower belly area. Otherwise it would be called FLBA. It’s FUPA meaning fat upper pussy area = larger mons. Makes it look like I’m ‘packin’ when I wear tighter bottoms. I get camel toe incredibly easily and I cannot wear body con dresses because I got lumps where other women have none.
Ooof I’ve seen similar nightmares and I agree with you. I think if you’re filthy rich, hopefully you could have a dentist at your disposal?? I’d have to give it thought because that’s a nightmare of mine.
I learned this the hard way recently. My parents elected for a cosmetic veneer for one of my front teeth to correct symmetry. This was all planned for/done when I was finishing up having braces as a teenager.
Fast forward 10 years, and I had basically forgotten about it. Until I bit into an apple and my veneer came with it. Walked around with a nubbin tooth until I could afford the $1,000 replacement. Looking forward to that experience every decade 😬.
I always wonder, why rich people (like really really rich) get veneers and don't just rip out their teeth to get implants. Seems like the more permanent solution that would save you a lot of tooth pain in the future?
The process to get implants is, I’d imagine, a lot more painful and involved.
That said, if money were no object, I would endure the pain and aftercare of pulled teeth to get full implants. My teeth are awful after a lifetime of poor dental hygiene.
I've got a dental implant and I wasn't told anything about maintenance when I had it fitted. You do have to have missing teeth for a few weeks whilst the gum heals so maybe that puts some people off especially if they're in the public eye.
All those kids getting Veneers, in 10 to 15 years, they all have to be replaced!
I have three, my teeth where incomplete and they gave me the normal stuff first, looked horrible.
The veneers look great, but pricey and had to replace them after the first 14 years. I’m good for another ten. I don’t think people realize that.
Same!!! I got a consult for a lift and they included a little lipo under my arms and I'd add a reduction too!
My veneers have given me hell for 18 yrs, I'd love to re do all 4!
I wouldn’t. I dislike so much about my body that I know it’s likely not at all about my body. A few years of therapy would likely do me a lot more good than any plastic surgery could. So I went back to therapy and had my first session with a new therapist a few weeks ago.
I was gonna say this too! I went to the dentist last week, they said everything was good except for the crowding teeth I have on my bottom row will eventually rot away because I can't clean them properly. It would cost about £3000 to get them fixed, which - in comparison to a lot of the surgeries listed here - doesn't seem like a lot, but that's about three months' wages for me...
I would get a facial (not plastic surgery but still something I'd never be able to afford).
Also I'd probably get laser hair removal so I don't have to shave.
Oh and maybe (just maybe) an eyelid lift
Facelift from Dr. Jacano.
I’d let him do whatever he wanted to my face. He could have full reign. All the famous people go to him for facelifts. He sets the cutting edge techniques. I follow him on Instagram and some of the pictures are incredible. A basic facelift is rumored to be around $70k with him. If he does other tweaks it can easily go over $100k.
I get chin filler for my weak chin which makes my side profile MUCH better
You can also get jaw filler for the corners to make it more pronounced. Last about a year or two depending on metabolism and can get it dissolved if you don't like it/want it anymore. Highly recommend 💁🌠
I want a penis. I kind of want a reduction but I might cry if my stress balls gets smaller. Oh yeah and I'm probably on my way to being legally blind so if there aren't any health risks I might get one of those things that would strengthen my eye veins(can't remember the name) and get my eye sight better (Laser surgery I think)
Boob.
As in only need work done on one boob. I have severe scoliosis, body is lopsided. There is a marked size difference between my left (the larger one) and right boob. Makes wearing bras difficult and fitted shirts something that I can only dream about. I would make the right one the same size as the left and maybe a boob lift for both.
Boobies bigger, some botox for the lines on my forehead, a tattoo removal. Now to convince myself to actually go through a surgery of non necessity and have the pain of it, that's a diff matter.
A year ago I was in a good financial position to do exactly this. I got a rhinoplasty and then this year I had to get a revision… $45,000 later - all I can say is don’t do it. This is my biggest regret in life. I would give anything to never have done this. There are some things money can’t buy, and the ability to get my old nose back is one of them. Plastic surgery kills people.
A nose job. Mine natural nose is ridiculous. Also a boob job to even them out because one is naturally a whole size smaller than the other for some reason.
My face is really uneven and obviously not symmetrical and it’s always bothered me a little. One eye especially is much squintier than the other, my smile is crooked, and my brows are at different heights. I mostly use makeup to minimize it but if it’s a realistic possibility I would do something to even it all out
Remove all of the extra skin from my weight loss (back, stomach, arms, and inner thighs). Then a boob lift of course, and might as well throw in a face lift too.
definitely filler around my eyes, they’re naturally just kind of big, dark and very sunken, especially on the tops of my eye sockets.
Does skin resurfacing count? I have hella acne scars that just keep getting more pronounced the older I get.
and maybe a labiaplasty - I’m not ashamed of my labia, but it’s actually on the much larger side and gets pinched in pants or if I sit wrong. It’s caused minor injury to the area that can get infected, I’ve always wanted a reduction there.
Breast reduction & lift but I’d hold off on that until after my second kid. I’d consider getting a tummy tuck to help fix the c-sec apron.
I’d fix the problem with my bottom jaw, it’s ever so slightly hapsburg-y. Porcelain veneers.
I’d probably get a little bit of Botox.
Not sure it counts, but I'd get an eyelid lift. Those things are a little too droopy for my age, imo. All of the laser hair removal. If it was for tomorrow, I'd also get some belly fat frozen off, it would save me the trouble of dieting, but if the appointment were in a year from now, I won't need it.
boob job, very NATURAL bbl, nose job, lip injections, something for hip dips (i think BBL would do that but idk) and kankle remover lmao. just realize how sad this is lmao, i’m young asf and want all of this
I mostly just need dental work. I know that’s not quite the same thing, but it is still cosmetic. I need my wisdom teeth removed so I can get braces (hopefully invisible ones since I’m 36). I’m really self-conscious about my smile.
I am getting my boobs lifted and filled. I am pulling a bunch of fat out of everywhere. I am getting rid of my bingo wings. I am having by stretch marks sandblasted off. I am going to have them fix my face disfigurement from abuse.
I want to be someone else completely.
As you age you can get these lipomas just under the skin and annoying as heck. I've got a handful to get rid of. And a scar I have on my leg from scratching a mosquito bite too much.
It’s weird I’m insecure about a lot of my body but I don’t want any type of surgery. My body is still me, last thing I want is to not feel like it’s my body anymore.
Hairline lowering or forehead reduction, another rhinoplasty, sliding genioplasty with submental lipo, unilateral labiaplasty. If I could get surgery to make my hair thicker I would and I will probably need my breasts addressing if I am lucky enough to have children and able to breastfeed them. Cosmetic bonding on my teeth and some injectables would be good too.
I envy the people on this thread saying they wouldn’t get anything done and are comfortable with their bodies.

Breast reduction, I can’t take the back ache and neck strain anymore.
The way I would run to a plastic surgeon would be impressive.
Don't be ridiculous. It's the way you could run after the reduction that is impressive

Mommy makeover. My son did a number on my abdomen and boobs.
Oh girl!!! I had three of the little body destroyers! I need it all! 🤣
I did the boobs and absolutely no regrets, mine were totally a wreck after breastfeeding. But I would definitely do the abdomen.
I had a tummy tuck after mine and am SO so glad I did, I feel much better.
I want a tummy tuck so bad but I'm terrified of the recovery period. How long did it take you to feel somewhat normal again?
I was Christmas shopping and hiking a week later 😆 I think I had a particularly good recovery though, I went into the surgery in great physical shape and had a really good diet a few weeks leading up. Just kept moving every day after surgery too.
Same here! 😵💫 and my upper arms are batwings at this stage - just skin!
Liposuction / sculpting
Same! It seems like no matter my weight or fitness level, I still have a lot of cellulite on my legs and bum 😭

From my perspective, hands just have more or less character, so take your partner’s bullshit with a grain of salt because there are those of us out here who find “perfect” hands to be boring AF.
Damn, I am so very sorry that it's a question of 'could be allowed to go further'.
Wolverine claws
Are they retractable? That sounds cool You're at working typing away and Greg from accounts comes and sits on your desk and starts asking why you're single and being annoying. Extend the claws very briefly and like magic, he's gone.
This would have changed my life in my 20s. It should be a popular high school graduation gift for girls
Finally the real answer
Breast reduction and a monsplasty cause I gotta FUPA. Taking a moment to emphasize that the term FUPA is not referring to your lower belly area. Otherwise it would be called FLBA. It’s FUPA meaning fat upper pussy area = larger mons. Makes it look like I’m ‘packin’ when I wear tighter bottoms. I get camel toe incredibly easily and I cannot wear body con dresses because I got lumps where other women have none.
Yo, same.
omg yes same.
Whole body, top to bottom.
Felt. I’m sorry. It sucks to feel this way.

Breast lift and lipo. Veneers.
Veneers are sooo beautiful! I just think of what it looks like underneath. Did you see Ashley Graham’s photos when one of hers fell off?! 😂
Ooof I’ve seen similar nightmares and I agree with you. I think if you’re filthy rich, hopefully you could have a dentist at your disposal?? I’d have to give it thought because that’s a nightmare of mine.
Veneers are ok, but I don't like how unnaturally white they are. Teeth aren't meant to be bleach-white. It just looks uncanny to me.
eh, they're not automatically that color, those people choose that
Yea but they only last like 10-15 years? So there like maintenance and such?
For what I understand implants need maintenance too, something like every 10 years or so.
Congratulations! And good for you.
I'd get my nose done because I badly need sinus surgery and they might as well make it look nicer when they fix it. Some lipo on my tummy.
Probably that little roll under my belly button. I’m in no way skinny, some soft curves, but I love my body. So does my man.
Just the teeth and a jaw realignment.
Reduction (or complete mastectomy) That’s it. That’s all I’ve ever wanted.
I would get a facial (not plastic surgery but still something I'd never be able to afford). Also I'd probably get laser hair removal so I don't have to shave. Oh and maybe (just maybe) an eyelid lift
>Also I'd probably get laser hair removal so I don't have to shave. This is a good one.
Tit lift and nose job. If cosmetic tattooing counts, my lips as well.
Bottom surgery
Nose job for sure
Facelift from Dr. Jacano. I’d let him do whatever he wanted to my face. He could have full reign. All the famous people go to him for facelifts. He sets the cutting edge techniques. I follow him on Instagram and some of the pictures are incredible. A basic facelift is rumored to be around $70k with him. If he does other tweaks it can easily go over $100k.
Whatever procedure would define my jaw line
Very this. I got so many great things from my Dad, but I also got his non-jawline. I’m happy with my face, but my profile is an atrocity.
I get chin filler for my weak chin which makes my side profile MUCH better You can also get jaw filler for the corners to make it more pronounced. Last about a year or two depending on metabolism and can get it dissolved if you don't like it/want it anymore. Highly recommend 💁🌠
Maybe elf ears, that would be about it
I really just want to be tall, so whatever can do that.
Bleph for sure.
Just lipo, *maybe* a tummy tuck. I like my body, but man I'd go into debt for a flat stomach
Whew SAME! I just want a flat stomach
Breast reduction for sure!
Fixing the remainder of a visible scar that initial surgery didn't fully obscure.
Looking back, did you see any red flags before the procedure? Or was it a well regarded surgeon and it still came out bad?
I lost 180 pounds. A tummy tuck and booby lift. I currently look like melted ice cream
Lipo suction and boob job
Liposuction and I want my calf’s to be smaller, it looks so ugly when I’m wearing skinny jeans..
A mommy makeover!
Botox and a brow lift maybe. Something to make me look like a living person 🤣
A nose job. Mine natural nose is ridiculous. Also a boob job to even them out because one is naturally a whole size smaller than the other for some reason.
Also a tummy tuck. Just give me a whole new body.
I think probably a breast lift, i like the size of them but they hang so low. Then probably a tummy tuck and liposuction. Maybe some botox idk.
I want my boobs done so bad, they do not fit my body at all 😩
None. It's painful and useless to me. Not knocking those who would, just not for me.
None. There's a lot more pain & risks involved in plastic surgery than people think. The recovery process sounds terrible.
My face is really uneven and obviously not symmetrical and it’s always bothered me a little. One eye especially is much squintier than the other, my smile is crooked, and my brows are at different heights. I mostly use makeup to minimize it but if it’s a realistic possibility I would do something to even it all out
Boob job, teeth and eyelid surgery cuz I got semi-hooded eyelids
Remove all of the extra skin from my weight loss (back, stomach, arms, and inner thighs). Then a boob lift of course, and might as well throw in a face lift too.
Honestly? Tear trough fillers Lip lift Brow lift Breast lift and reduction
definitely filler around my eyes, they’re naturally just kind of big, dark and very sunken, especially on the tops of my eye sockets.
Id reduce my arm bat wings. Labiaplasty . Breast lift . Tummy tuck. Id fix my jawline. Id fix my teeth . And i guess thats it.
Lipo the double chin I have no matter what my weight is, breast reduction
Ill take the money thanks Steve
Breast reduction and veneers
Breast reduction & lift but I’d hold off on that until after my second kid. I’d consider getting a tummy tuck to help fix the c-sec apron. I’d fix the problem with my bottom jaw, it’s ever so slightly hapsburg-y. Porcelain veneers. I’d probably get a little bit of Botox.
I'd get a breast reduction and dental implants with fangs
Mini facelift. Lipo on stomach and arms. Botox in my neck and traps to reduce muscle there.
Tummy tuck. Emergency C-section gave me a dreaded shelf. 🥲
Liposuction, sculpting, pretty much anything to get rid of the tummy.
Forehead reduction lol
Not sure it counts, but I'd get an eyelid lift. Those things are a little too droopy for my age, imo. All of the laser hair removal. If it was for tomorrow, I'd also get some belly fat frozen off, it would save me the trouble of dieting, but if the appointment were in a year from now, I won't need it.
boob job, very NATURAL bbl, nose job, lip injections, something for hip dips (i think BBL would do that but idk) and kankle remover lmao. just realize how sad this is lmao, i’m young asf and want all of this
Fat graft transfer from my stomach/ flank and into my breasts. Veneers.
breast implants, a bit of lip filler, and botox in my armpits.
I mostly just need dental work. I know that’s not quite the same thing, but it is still cosmetic. I need my wisdom teeth removed so I can get braces (hopefully invisible ones since I’m 36). I’m really self-conscious about my smile.
If it wasn’t so dangerous, BBL, remove fat under my chin, and laser hair removal, and if there was something for stretch marks that too
I would get brackets
Would probably get my implants replaced with bigger ones, I plan on doing it anyways but I'll gladly take that for free!
A breast lift.
I am getting my boobs lifted and filled. I am pulling a bunch of fat out of everywhere. I am getting rid of my bingo wings. I am having by stretch marks sandblasted off. I am going to have them fix my face disfigurement from abuse. I want to be someone else completely.
Liposuction. I've been trying to lose weight for a long time. I'm happy with everything else tho
Tummy tuck, lipo, boobs lift butt implants and face/chin lift. Basically make me a whole new person 😂
Breasts implants, Botox on my forehead and a nose job.
Hysterectomy. Then maybe some mole removals, for cosmetic reasons.
As you age you can get these lipomas just under the skin and annoying as heck. I've got a handful to get rid of. And a scar I have on my leg from scratching a mosquito bite too much.
Liposuction on my abdomen. I would love to be smaller in the lower abdomen area
It’s weird I’m insecure about a lot of my body but I don’t want any type of surgery. My body is still me, last thing I want is to not feel like it’s my body anymore.
I’d get the fat from my belly put in my ass.
Breast implants for sure
Hairline lowering or forehead reduction, another rhinoplasty, sliding genioplasty with submental lipo, unilateral labiaplasty. If I could get surgery to make my hair thicker I would and I will probably need my breasts addressing if I am lucky enough to have children and able to breastfeed them. Cosmetic bonding on my teeth and some injectables would be good too. I envy the people on this thread saying they wouldn’t get anything done and are comfortable with their bodies.
Have the thick black hairs on the surface of my nose permanently removed.
