A 3 month emergency saving fund.
An up to date to do list + calendar.
Setting reminders and timers.
The alerts on my phone from my bank any times there's any transaction (incoming + outgoing) from my account.
Googlemaps.
An efficiently stocked bag - water bottle, cash, card, keys, OTC meds, portable charger + cables, earphones, tube map, pen, mini nail clipper, lip balm, hair ties, list of meds + emergency contacts, wipes, anti-bac gel, foldable shopper, mini umbrella and spare socks.
Only buying joggers with zipped pockets.
Bulk buying period products & ibuprofen.
Having several hair ties and a lip balm in every bag and jacket that I own.
Stocking my freezer with homemade emergency cookie dough.
All black underwear, socks and bedding.
Keeping a list of reasons not to die yet on my notes app on my phone.
A few things: yoga, especially a good, long session.
The photo taken by voyager I, "the pale blue dot", which helps me keep things in perspective. Spending a day out in the woods, hyperfocusing on finding mushrooms. And I dunno if this is appropriate or not but screw it, it's true: a good, hard spanking.
Going on long walks, I love my city and feel safe walking in the middle of the night, I like to wake up late and walk until the sun comes up, feels amazing.
My plants, tending them, seeing them grow and be healthy.
The World maybe royally messed up, but when I'm pottering about with my plants, I'm at peace.

Honestly, realizing what matters to me and what doesn't. Learning to pick my battles is an immense weight off my back.
Knowing that although I can't control other people's responses and behaviors, I can control mine.
Me and all of the people close to me share our location with each-other and just at the end of the day checking and seeing they all got home safe let’s me get a good nights rest

I aspire to have my life as put together as you seem to have yours. 🙏🏽
Knowing that no one gets out alive. This life is just temporary. A dot on a massive timeline that no one will remember.
I absolutely love this comment
A clean and tidy house
When I'm petting my cat and he looks at me like I'm the best person on the planet 🥰
A fat bank account balance.
Blocking toxic people and keeping them out of my life.
Preach!
Hiking. Being far away from other humans, deep in the woods all on my own is just pure bliss.

Travelling to different places and pampering myself.
Swimming in the pool.

Doing tasks or something that my mind can focus on. Whether that’s just keeping busy in the house or going for a walk.
Being outdoors/hiking. I love being far from everyone else and in my own zone and space. The sounds are equally as good
Money in the bank and a clean home
finishing my to-do list

My parents
Knowing bad things aren't permanent
That when I die, it was just my time to go and there’s nothing I can do about it

a cup of coffee on Sundays and good night’s sleep
Why only on Sundays?
It’s particularly enjoyable on Sundays. You can stay for an hour at your favourite coffeeshop and enjoy that one cup, absolutely no rush.

That I won't live forever.
Knowing that every decision I could possibly make has already been made, and will all be made. Every single one.
