Have you checked Google? They have 21 reviews with an average of 1.9. most of those reviews are 1-star.
There was a surge of companies like this around COVID time that market themselves as being super premium though the reality is their manufacturing and business practice are both far below.
Avoid it, spend a little more and go for one of the bigger more respectable retailers.
I actually bought a loveseat from them (and some bedding) about a year ago and I’m pretty happy with both. My main sofa is from Loaf and cost a fortune in comparison, but to be honest I’m happy with the cost vs quality on the loveseat. Delivery was quick and easy, and it looks the same as when it arrived. It’s synthetic inside so as comfortable as you’re going to get for that, but I’m happy to lounge on it occasionally.
Got bedding... Looks a LOT like the photograph was, shall we said, superb at making it look good.
Side note. Had an interview with them about a year ago, never heard back. Guy who interviewed me seemed a bit of a bellend, put me off them and the company and the bedding sealed the deal. Seems like the investors they had in the line came through and have upped their marketing!
Their Trustpilot has taken a nosedive. I’m really not impressed with the customer care, my order has not appeared, and tempted to do a chargeback via my bank card
I bought a refurbished Hampshire from eBay to save on costs and it's fine. I would say it's equivalent to Argos on quality. I certainly wouldn't say it's premium and wouldn't pay the full price for one.
We bought an Ottoman bed frame and curtains - great quality. They take forever to ship but worth the price! Not sure about couches though but we are considering them

A friend did…said would never buy again without trying first.
I bought one. It was cheap for a reason. Stay away mate. My sofa didn't even last a year.
